The reimagining of a classic Cape Cod summer home. Designed with a sophisticated aesthetic, this family retreat thoughtfully connects spaces for gathering and entertaining inside and out. A semi-circular porch, close to a hillside hammock and swing area, creates a quiet space for family members to relax and enjoy the view. The great room, with a pool on one side and water-facing porch on the other, allows guests and family to flow between activities and gatherings. The game room in the walk-out basement, spills out to a fire pit patio which is convenient to the pool and sprawling game lawn.

Porches and nooks were planned to provide adequate space for someone needing to do a bit of work and a circular widows walk serves as a final retreat with a spectacular view.
