This 12-unit single-family cluster development stands on a former estate site in Manchester-by-the-Sea. Designed in the style of country cottages, each unit is graced with a covered porch, oriented to an Olmsteadian common green with ledge outcroppings and rolling terrain. By clustering homes, the design allows for 60% of the 13-acre site to remain as natural open space.
